The Vision

International bilingual private school

Our vision of teaching :

New School is a real place where the relationship with the student is essential,

is its very reason for existing.

New School is about looking at the whole student, not just his or her academic abilities.

New School: A different vision of teaching

The student's sensitivity and psychology are recognised.

The student's own intellectual potential is recognised.

It is the student who is recognised for his socio-cultural differences.

Pupils experience English and French cultural customs and traditions at school, supported by a wide range of general culture topics; the aim is to open up their minds and broaden their knowledge).

It means establishing a quality relationship between the teaching team and the student.

It means ensuring that each student gives the best of themselves to guide them towards excellence.

What is bilingualism at New School?

While respecting the curricula set by the French Ministry of Education, the school goes much further with its own vision of teaching bilingualism. Depending on their level, students will have the means to develop at their own pace in an English-speaking environment, with half of their timetable devoted to English, leading them to acquire early bilingualism.

To ensure total immersion for students, classes are taught by English-speaking teachers. Trips to the United States or the United Kingdom will extend students' knowledge of English-speaking culture, because bilingualism also means learning about others, their culture, traditions, festivals and customs.
