The New School company that owns or operates the relevant Service, as identified in this Privacy Policy, is generally the primary controller of your personal information provided or collected by or for the Service.

In order to guarantee the safety and well-being of event participants, we may need to implement disease prevention measures, which may include collecting health-related data by taking a forehead temperature, testing and tracing with the competent health authority, monitoring visible symptoms or referring participants to a quarantine area or to medical personnel.

We may also obtain personal information about you from our group companies and other third parties, in particular :
- partners with whom we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities;
- social networks where you authorise the Service to access your data on one or more networks; and/or

Self-service
The Service may allow you to access your account, profile and participant directory information directly, to consult it and to make corrections, updates or deletions at any time. You may also close your account, delete your profile or remove your information from the participant directory via the Service or by contacting the Service's customer support.
