We cannot be held liable for the hypertext links on the site giving access to external content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party content") accessible from sources outside the site (hereinafter referred to as "third-party sites"), insofar as we have no control over third-party sites or third-party content.

Intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site are reserved and may not be exploited without the prior authorisation of their respective owners.
ARTICLE 4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
4.1 Support, registration and contact forms
The site includes a number of forms for supporting, registering with or contacting us and our campaign team, enabling you to provide us with personal information, such as your first name, surname, e-mail address, the name of your practice structure, and so on.
This information will be treated confidentially by our campaign team and by our service providers, unless you have explicitly asked to be included on our support list, published on the website and on our campaign's electronic or physical communication media, for which we thank you in advance.
This information will only be used to keep you informed of news and developments in our campaign and in the 2010 Paris Bar elections.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by Act no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 and its implementing regulations, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any personal data concerning you, as well as the right to object to us processing such data, by writing to us at the following address, stating your first name, surname and email address:

4.2 Site browsing data
The so-called "browsing" data that our service providers may process when you access the site relates to your visit to the site. This data alone cannot be used to identify you.
For example, the "IP" (Internet Protocol) address of your terminal is the identification number allocated to it by your Internet service provider and cannot in itself enable us to identify you.
