Bilingual 50/50
One day in French. One day in English.
A genuine bilingual schooling, built on full-day alternation and used as a language of learning.

At New School, bilingualism is not a single English lesson per day. It is built on a real and balanced exposure to two languages, used as languages of learning across every subject.
One day in French. The next day in English. Wednesday morning alternates every other week to keep the balance over time. Teachers in each language are dedicated and consistent, which lets children build solid foundations in both.
This consistency from preschool to CM2 explains the strong outcomes our pupils reach by the end of elementary school, both at the oral and written levels.
Four principles
What makes our bilingual approach effective
- 50% of teaching time in French, 50% in English
- Native English-speaking teachers, or international-trained ones, alongside qualified French teachers
- English used as a language of learning, not as an isolated subject
- On-site preparation for Cambridge English certifications (Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET)
