The idea behind New School's creation market comes from a wish to introduce children to several cultures. Its aim is to foster enrichment and open-mindedness.
This creation market has become a must-attend gathering for parents, teachers, and children. A real fine arts gallery, where the children exhibit their creations. Made up of creative, decorative, or utilitarian objects, paintings, or sculptures…
This visual art showroom gives pride to the little artists and raises their awareness of creation, artistic beauty, and work carried out with care. Through this creation market, New School's project is to foster self-esteem, happiness, and pleasure in children.
Bringing art to life at school
The event has two aims. The first is to bring art to life at school and in the minds of children, beyond the French and English school curriculum. The second is to invite teachers to step beyond basic craft activities and to feel valued in their artistic guidance.
This warm-hearted project is at the heart of teaching at New School and brings together children, parents, and teachers, who can also enjoy a tasting after the visit.
This year, the creation market took place on 17 May at New School. It is held every year as spring approaches.
